Play zones may have temporary closures due to maintenance, safety, or operational reasons.
Monkey Town reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who fails to follow the centre's rules for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
Supervision & Responsibility
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (16+) at all times.
Our team is here to help create a safe and fun environment, but they are not a replacement for parental supervision.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour, wellbeing, and safety of the children in their care, including ensuring equipment is used appropriately and safely. All equipment is used at the parent’s or guardian’s own risk, and Monkey Town Centres accept no liability for misuse or failure to follow safety requirements.
If you have any concerns about the behaviour of another child, please inform a member of staff. Do not attempt to intervene directly.
All personal belongings brought into the Centre are at the owner's own risk, and Monkey Town takes no responsibility for loss of or damage to items.
Age & Height Restrictions
Age restrictions apply in certain zones and are clearly marked throughout the Centre for safety and enjoyment. These restrictions must be followed at all times.
Hygiene & Clothing
Shoes must be removed, and socks must be worn at all times while using the equipment.
We recommend long-sleeved tops and trousers for safety, to protect against potential friction injuries.
Avoid clothing with ropes, cords, or loose accessories.
Badges and jewellery should be removed before play. Glasses must have a retainer strap and be fitted with shatterproof lenses.
Nappies should only be changed in the designated baby changing areas. Used nappies should be placed in the nappy bins provided.
Children who are unwell should not enter the play areas, for the welfare of themselves and others.
Safe Play
Sharp objects should not be brought into the Centre.
Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed in any of the play zones.
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted anywhere in the Centre.
Children must not climb on the netted walls or structural framework.
Please do not block or play at the bottom of slides.
Fighting, rough play, or bullying will not be tolerated. Anyone behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave the Centre.
All individual safe play signs must be followed within each play zone.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
If food or drink is dropped, please clean it up or let a member of staff know.
Any incidents or accidents must be reported to a member of staff so we can assist and record the matter properly.
Any damage—whether accidental or deliberate—must be reported to a staff member straight away.
Food & Drink Policy
Outside food and drinks are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of baby food intended for infants and young children, to support allergen management and food safety.
