Summary of the Role

24 Indoor (Monkey Town), a leading indoor play operator across Europe, is accelerating its growth across the UK. We are looking for a Cluster Manager to work closely with the UK Country Director and Head of Operations, taking ownership of commercial performance, safety standards and customer/brand standards across both new and existing sites.

This is a practical, detail-driven role at the heart of the business. It suits someone who is comfortable balancing regulation with real-world operations, proactive rather than reactive, and confident holding suppliers and stakeholders to account while supporting rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all sites within the cluster.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards, health & safety compliance, and operational procedures.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes, initiatives, and company-wide programmes.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Centre Managers and team members.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build high-performing teams.
  • Support workforce planning, rota management, and cost control.
  • Drive revenue growth through parties, events, upselling, and local marketing activity.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement action plans.
  • Ensure all sites deliver a safe, clean, and engaging environment for families.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues and escalate where necessary.

Contract Details

  • Permanent – Full Time – 40 Hours per week
  • Regional Role with frequent travel
  • 28 Days holiday per year (Including Bank Holidays)
  • Company Car Scheme
